As a personal injury lawyer with over 30 years of experience, Mark Leeds combines legal passion with personal compassion for clients injured in any kind of accident.
Mark received his bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 1977 and went on to receive his law degree from the University of Miami in 1980. He has passed the bar exam in Florida, Tennessee, New York, Oregon, and Washington, and currently has bicoastal offices in Oregon and Florida. He works with a bilingual staff in order to be able to reach out to Spanish-speaking clientele.
Mark’s practice areas include:
With a board certification in civil trial, Mark is able to evaluate cases to determine if his clients are entitled to compensation and will fight to get the best possible outcome for personal injury victims. Because he knows that personal injury victims have enough to worry about, he does not charge any lawyer fees unless his clients receive monetary compensation.
With 33 years of experience, Mark is able to handle even the most seemingly difficult personal injury cases. He helps his clients navigate the often confusing area of insurance claims, and he has worked with many medical experts to present their testimony to a jury after examining a client who has suffered a personal injury. These testimonies from a reliable voice in the medical field often help clients to receive the maximum amount of damages they are entitled to.
Mark is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, the New York State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He has been a member of the Florida Bar Board since 1987, and in 2012, he was honored at the organization’s annual convention for being a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer for 25 years. He has also received a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, the highest ranking an attorney can receive for legal ability and professional ethics. He is well respected in the legal community, and the majority of his cases are referred to him from other personal injury lawyers.
Mark regularly works with clients throughout the state of Florida and in the Portland, Oregon area, and he is always happy to sit down for a no obligation, free consultation with anyone suffering from injuries caused by the recklessness or negligence of another.
