Mark Leeds—Aiding Clients in Florida, Oregon, and Around the Country

As a personal injury lawyer with over 30 years of experience, Mark Leeds combines legal passion with personal compassion for clients injured in any kind of accident.

Mark received his bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 1977 and went on to receive his law degree from the University of Miami in 1980. He has passed the bar exam in Florida, Tennessee, New York, Oregon, and Washington, and currently has bicoastal offices in Oregon and Florida. He works with a bilingual staff in order to be able to reach out to Spanish-speaking clientele.

Practice Areas

Mark’s practice areas include:

  • Auto accidents: When you’re seriously injured by a drunk, distracted, or reckless driver, you need to work with an accomplished attorney to get the remunerations you deserve.
  • Motorcycle accidents: Car drivers are not always watching for motorcycles at intersections or when switching lanes, which can lead to serious injuries for motorcycle riders. If you or a loved one has been injured in a motorcycle accident, Mark Leeds can help.
  • Bike accidents: Bike riders have little to protect them if they’re struck by a larger vehicle and may need to work with a personal injury lawyer after being in an accident.
  • Truck accidents: Trucks can cause more damage than a normal automobile, so it’s crucial to get legal and medical help if you’ve been involved in a collision with a truck.
  • Cruise ship or airline accidents: If a cruise ship or airline is responsible for your physical or emotional suffering, don’t sit idly by.
  • Prescription drug errors: Prescription drug errors that cause overdoses or bad side effects are a particularly big problem in Florida’s elder community. Personal injury lawyers like Mark are working to bring attention to the issue and defend their clients against this medical negligence.
  • Brain injuries and spine injuries: Someone who has suffered brain or spine injuries at the hands of another may need expensive medical care for the rest of their life, and it’s important that they get the appropriate monetary compensation.

With a board certification in civil trial, Mark is able to evaluate cases to determine if his clients are entitled to compensation and will fight to get the best possible outcome for personal injury victims. Because he knows that personal injury victims have enough to worry about, he does not charge any lawyer fees unless his clients receive monetary compensation.

With 33 years of experience, Mark is able to handle even the most seemingly difficult personal injury cases. He helps his clients navigate the often confusing area of insurance claims, and he has worked with many medical experts to present their testimony to a jury after examining a client who has suffered a personal injury. These testimonies from a reliable voice in the medical field often help clients to receive the maximum amount of damages they are entitled to.
